**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a **Customer Support Representative** to join Komatsu New Zealand, responsible for efficiently managing service parts requirements across all communication channels. In this role, you'll interpret, process, and expedite service parts orders via telephone, mail, electronic mediums, and more.

Additionally, you'll coordinate incoming service department orders, handle stock requirements, and collaborate closely with service workshops to ensure seamless execution of work in progress jobs.

Your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer support while supporting the success of Komatsu New Zealand's product lines.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience in Parts interpretation for Mining/Earthmoving Equipment
- Experience with computerised Inventory Control Systems
- Car License
- High Risk Forklift License is preferred
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Pleasant and efficient personal and telephone manner
- High standard of product knowledge
- Computer Literate including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management skills
