**Job Description**:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in all aspects of the stores operation, including sales, customer service, and inventory management. You will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operation, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to customers
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure that all products are stocked and replenished as needed
- Help to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Assistthe owner to implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Assist with employee scheduling and training
- Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new staff members
- Collaborate with the owner to develop and execute strategies to drive sales and profitability

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in business management roles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
