New Zealand CSR Liquor Shop Ltd Full time

To assist with the management of the running of the store and maintain high retail service standards. The position is full-time and permanent.

Work location - Wellington

Hours of work - 30 hours per week

Payrate - $29.80 per hour

Number of people - 2x

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in strategic management with small business development goals
- Assist in planning and organizing the product mix to be presented to the customers
- Researching and sourcing of the product
- Assist in undertaking required purchasing, negotiating with suppliers and setting the prices
- Assist in determining and analyzing the competitive price of products
- Communicate, execute and manage marketing and merchandising programs
- Assist to promote the goods of the store by putting the specials
- Assist in being responsible for in-store marketing such as layouts, promotion and displays
- Inventory and stock management
- Assist with hiring, development, and training of staff
- Assist in managing and motivating team
- Assist in establishing service standards for the store and ensure staff follow them
- Assist in managing the business records as per the requirements
- Assist in problem resolution or any conflicts in the business from staff or customers in a professional manner
- Assist in ensuring the business and staff Comply with Occupational Health & Safety guidelines
- Assist in maintaining and enforcing rules, policies and all regulations
- Set a leadership example by demonstrating commitment and passion in all work habits
- Ensuring the store process is robust and continuously improved
- A focus on providing and driving an exceptional customer service
- Support the manager as per the requirements and tasks assigned byhim

**Requirements of the position**:

- Relevant supervisory work experience of 1 year or qualification with level 2
- The advantage to have work experience in any sector
- Able to work late in the evening and do the closing of the business
- Able to work weekends, public holidays and split shifts
