We are on a growth mode, and to cater to the growing needs we’re now looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our awesome Recruitment Team based at the East Tamaki office.
- Reporting to the Attraction and Retention Manager, you’ll be part of a team of four focused on providing an end to end recruitment service for our busy and growing organisation. This newly created role will see you as a key contact for the business for providing your expertise for best practice recruitment of all field staff, from labourers through to specialist technical roles.
- You’ll be responsible to:
- Facilitate and support hiring managers with interviews and selection process
- Utilise your knowledge in developing sourcing strategies for attracting talent that aligns with the business needs
- Negotiate offers and conduct reference checks
- Use sourcing channels like LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search and others for proactive sourcing and building talent pool for future resourcing requirements

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will have 1-2 years of agency or in-house recruitment experience preferably in a high volume recruitment space and excellent written and spoken English language skills. You will also have:
- Proven experience using sourcing channels like LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search and is comfortable with basic Boolean search
- Great communicator with the ability to build rapport at all levels
- Ability to influence the business to adapt to best practice recruitment and challenge the status quo
- Great organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to show initiative and provide creative solutions
- Tenacity and resilience to persevere from setbacks to achieve our people resource requirements.

Proven experience working on Cornerstone is an advantage but not essential.**Get in touch
