This role is part of this journey by delivering market-leading customer experiences and lead new product execution to accelerate the growth of customers. You’ll eat, breathe and dream about the power of customer insights, market intelligence and commercial assessment in developing propositions and products for target customers.

**Wait, what, it gets better? Yup and here’s the exciting part**
This is the perfect combination of dreaming big and doing the doing. There’s a lot to this position, so here’s some words that gives a high-level overview; Customer centricity, digital, commercials, new product delivery, designing propositions, customer journey, customer insights, testing, prototyping, product and pricing. Yes, granted that these are important but what does it all mean?
Essentially, you’ll use all the points above with a focus on them by tracking key market development, trends, customer and competitor activity to identify additional opportunities to develop further product and proposition opportunities. I know this sounds like a bit of you right, so here’s a snapshot of some additional tasks;
- Ideating and pushing the development of viable, scalable, customer centric value propositions (products / experiences and promotions) that are suitable for new business or improving the retention of existing customers
- Ensure new propositions maximise the profitability for Contact across energy (gas and electricity), broadband and new opportunities via partnerships
- Ensuring we build smart propositions/concepts that address specific priority customer needs which align with our brand purpose and launch them into market in a way that attracts the targeted customer segments
**Qualifications**:
- Real world examples of how your propositions have unmet customer needs
- End to end product development coupled with marketing executive experience
- Proven track record for defining and driving profitable new business growth activities and commercial initiatives with strong marketing disciplines
- Proven track record of leading multiple stakeholders, bringing people together to buy in to the vision
