We’re looking for an integrated Client Service Director with the experience, confidence and mana to lead at the highest level and the ambition to help us take challenger brands further, faster. You’ll be the senior client partner across key accounts, responsible for ensuring our work delivers both creatively and commercially.

This role is about leading from the front, building deep, trusted client relationships, guiding whole campaign thinking across both creative and media, and ensuring our integrated model produces bold, effective, challenger work.

You need to bring strategic breadth, commercial sharpness, and the confidence to lead conversations that span brand, creative and media - always with an eye on effectiveness and impact. You’ll be the person clients and our team turn to for guidance on the big calls.

**We are looking for someone who has**:
Significant senior-level client leadership experience in an integrated agency environment.

A proven ability to lead integrated campaigns that connect creative ideas with media impact.

Strategic capability - able to connect business objectives to bold brand, creative and media strategies.

The mana, presence and confidence to earn the trust of senior clients and internal teams.

A track record of building long-term client relationships and driving growth.

Strong commercial acumen and experience managing large accounts profitably.

Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, influence and unite teams.

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years’ experience in client service roles, with at least 3 years at director level.
- Proven experience leading major client accounts and integrated campaign delivery.
- Commercially sharp - experienced in forecasting, resourcing and account growth.
- A natural leader who can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery and also cares deeply about agency culture and our people. Passion for helping ambitious Kiwi challenger brands grow and succeed.
