About this role

The Client Investment Director is responsible for promoting OMD's investment advantage, to both our Client portfolio and the internal OMD Auckland team. Ultimately, you will working closely with the relevant Client leads to deliver best-in-market investment advice for our clients, ensuring performance delivery, while to promoting effective knowledge and workflow sharing across the entire agency.

**The key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Management of publisher partnerships in conjunction with OMD Chief Investment Officer
- Act as OMD's investment specialist both internally and externally with clients
- Working with Client leads in all aspects of performance achievements, reporting and market knowledge/sharing
- Regular Client presentations of investment recommendations/intelligence, supply and demand forecasting and market health
- Responsible for Client value outcome delivery against pre-determined client objectives
- Contribute to Investment related training forums, deeper knowledge sharing and collaboration of across media agencies

In addition to having at least 6 years' experience in the media industry, you will have experience with the following to be successful in the role:

- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- People management and development experience
- A track record of strong sales achievement
