Manager Planning and Reporting role
As the Manager Planning and Reporting you will be responsible for the Service's Planning and Reporting functions, providing strategic business advice and support across the Survivor Experiences Service. You will lead strategic and annual planning, data analysis, performance measurement and reporting, business assurance, service design and project implementation for the Service.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- A good understanding of government planning and reporting processes.
- The ability to communicate with credibility and convey complex information to a range of audiences with experience preparing plans and reports that are fit for purpose and tailored to the audience
- Experience developing and implementing business improvement projects and initiatives
- Resilience and empathy with emotional strength, sound judgement and tact in dealing with complex and sensitive issues
- Strong organisational skills to be able to work under the pressure of multiple demands without compromising quality or delivery
- People and team leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire others

You'll be joining a team passionate about supporting survivors of trauma from abuse in care. This is a new role giving you the ability to shape the Planning and Reporting function to meet the needs of the Service and our stakeholders. You will work collaboratively with the rest of the Leadership Team to help guide the development of the Service to ensure it is best meeting the needs of Survivors.
