**He angitūtanga**: About the Role
In this role you will be one of three Senior Advisors in our high-performing Organisational Planning and team. You will contribute to the production of TEC's accountability documents and provide high quality planning and reporting processes and products for our Executive Leadership Team, the Board and Ministers.
- You will work with the Team on the operational delivery of all activities and deliverables associated with planning and reporting functions.
- You will advise on the development of accountability documents including the development and support of key internal processes such as business planning and performance framework development and reporting.
- Lead the processes for TEC's preparation for Select committee hearings, including briefing the CE and Chair.
- Build strong working relationships within the business and with other government organisations.

**He kōrero mōu: What we are looking for**:

- Demonstrated and proven experience in a planning and reporting role in the NZ public sector.
- Experience and ability to develop, improve and lead the implementation of planning and performance frameworks and processes.
- Confidence in building relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coordination skills.
- Proven experience with hands-on delivery of accountability documents.
- Strong machinery of govt knowledge and analytical skills are essential.

The salary range for this position starts from $87,209 up to $102,599 depending on demonstrable skills and experience.
