**Your new role**
In this role you will be in charge of liaising and scheduling with clients and contractors to ensure all needs for a shop fit are met. The role has elements of scheduling, admin and customer service. They aim to build you up to a project manager level role by giving you more responsibilities over time. This roles starts as a 30h per week role (flexible) and as you gain more experience and take on more responsibilities it will increase to a permanent role at 40h week.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Admin experience
- Fantastic communication skills
- Great organisation and time management
- Be able to pick up systems and processes quickly
