We currently have an opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join our Wellington team.

**Duties**:

- Understand contractual requirements for head contract claims.
- Providing input into cost tracking.
- Completing EOM financial report management.
- Management of contract manager.
- System compliance of transaction is in accordance with local laws and standards.
- Financial compliance to our policies.
- Organise team meeting to ensure continuous improvement process is being completed.
- Producing claims/notices and valuations.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying or other related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant commercial construction experience
- Solution focussed attitude with sound relationship building skills
