**Te whiwhinga mahi - Our opportunity**
In this role, you will thrive in being part of the wider central North Island team and being able to contribute to the wider national assurance team. You will be responsible for the efficient delivery of quality assurance assessments, the analysis and accurate reporting of assessment findings, and provision of technical advice, support and recommendations to K inga Ora staff and maintenance partners.
You'll work closely and collaboratively with internal business groups and our maintenance partners to problem solve issues and contribute to providing solutions that will achieve positive outcomes for K inga Ora.
Please note that as this role requires regular travel a full, clean NZ drivers licence is a prerequisite.
**Ng pumanawatanga ou - What you will bring**
- Working knowledge of residential building maintenance practices (a trade qualification would be a distinct advantage).
- Demonstrated knowledge in quality systems and processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proven ability to build and maintain working relationships
- Proven ability to build and maintain working relationships
- Current full NZ Driver's Licence
