The team have an exciting future ahead with many projects underway and a lot to juggle. This is a busy role where no two days are the same and as such, we have an opportunity for a highly efficient administrator to support the varied administrative requirements of the team.

**Responsibilities**
- Dealing with customer enquiries and monitoring customer service requests relating to all roading / transportation issues within Infrastructure
- Coordinate the delivery of all contract related processes
- Financial reconciliation, raising Purchase Orders, processing progress payments, invoices and refunds in a timely manner.
- Support the operational requirements of the transportation team
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Assist in the delivery of technical approvals for transportation enquiries

To succeed in this role, you will bring an understanding of council business and contract management procedures would be an advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in transportation**_,_** customer service or logistics administration
- Experience coordinating the delivery of contract management / administration processes
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures is an asset
