**The Role**

In this Accounts Payable Administration position, you will join a collaborative wider finance team of 4. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will assist in a clean-up project that has created a backlog during a busy period.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining the Accounts Payable inbox and ensuring that invoices are matched correctly with purchase orders
- Assisting with the reconciliations of supplier invoices against updated statements
- Posting and processing Accounts Payable invoices
- General ad-hoc administration duties to support the wider team.

**Skills & Experience**

We are looking for an individual who has proven experience working in a similar position in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and you will have had exposure within accounts payable. You will have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

You will be joining a supportive and diverse team where you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your position and work closely with the wider finance team of four. You will be a strong communicator and have the ability to hit the ground running.

You will have a bubbly personality and enjoy assisting stakeholders across the board, as no two days may be the same in this role.
