**Internal Sales Specialist**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- Safety first and always - accountable for own safety as well as colleagues, customers and visitors.
- You will serve customers on the counter and over the phone - processing customer orders, responding to requests for information and pricing.
- In addition, follow-up all sales and technical enquiries to maximise sales success - liaise with Sales Representatives and Manager for approval when discounts and/or irregular quantities are requested.
- You will maintain showroom displays to ensure maximum visual impact as well as having adequate stock on display.
- Ensure high levels of housekeeping throughout the counter area and the showroom.
- Furthermore, assist warehouse team when required to pick, pack, despatch orders
- Effective communication with team members in relation to workplace activity and rostering.
- You will maintain work attire to a professional standard - making a strong first impression and appearing professional at all times when representing SPW
- Attend training and information sessions including trade shows to enhance knowledge and experience.

- You have sound welding products knowledge with a deep understanding of how these products are used
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills are required for this role
- Work collaboratively to build good working relationships across our customer base
