**Mō te tūranga | About the role**

In this role you will:

- Provide advice, guidance & support on organisational matters such as funding opportunities, governance, vehicle acquisition and maintenance, insurance & compliance matters.
- Assist with maintaining informational resources to support the community transport organisations, coordinating events such as conferences & workshops.
- Ensure excellent customer service through timely consideration and response to customers and stakeholders.

**Mō te tangata | About you**
- 2-5 years experience in administration.
- Proven experience in a similar role or experience working in a community organisation/charity sector, or public sector.
- Excellent communication & organisation skills.
- High degree of accuracy and eye for detail.
- High level of computer skills including Microsoft suite.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Full NZ drivers licence.
