**The role**

Our Waterford Hobsonville Point village is looking for a full time Maintenance super star to join our dedicated fun team.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Develops, implements and monitors facility specific maintenance schedules for the village and its residents
- Ensure all facility, plant and property is well maintained and meets organisational, legislative and customer requirements
- Ensures that all building plant and non-medical equipment meets compliance, regulatory and legislative requirements
- Manage the use of resources, external contractors and allocated budget in a cost effective manner

**What you’ll bring**:

- Previous experience in a similar position preferred
- Trade based experience to undertake maintenance duties and facilities management
- Excellent customer relationship and people management skills for internal customers and external suppliers
- Effective time management
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Holds a current drives license
- Proven ability to manage and work within set budget
- Recent experience of supervising contractors
- Understand the critical importance of Health & Safety
