**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake general maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties.
- Perform routine inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Execute & project manage tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and more.
- Collaborate with property managers / Licenced tradies and team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various trades, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid full driver's license. Tools & work vehicle will be provided.
