**Project Administration / Administration Support**
**The Opportunity**
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter Administrator to join our Citycare Water team based in New Plymouth to help achieve our business goals.
This role offers a variety and challenges and we are looking for someone who is a highly motivated, proactive, with a strong administration background (ideally in construction or infrastructure services) to join us. You will be successful in this role because you pride yourself on your high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high-level tasks.
The role will be responsible for:
- Project Organising and ordering stock, Monitoring jobs.
- Dispatch
- Financial, Claiming and Invoicing
- Review Job costs
- Operations Support
- Office Administration - Creating Purchase Orders, reviewing Tax Invoices, Time sheeting
- Provide general administration support to management
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years' administration experience, preferably administrator working in a contracting related industry.
- experience working alongside operational teams
- Experience in ERP system, Pronto Xi 750 would be beneficial
- Microsoft Office experience. Excel will be one of your many strengths, with proven ability with formulas, pivots and other tools.
- You must be able to prioritise your workload and partner effectively with all levels of the business.
