L Interiors Ltd is a residential property construction company based in Auckland. Established in September 2021, the company has successfully completed several residential property construction and building projects.

We are a boutique construction team and pride ourselves in delivering quality services.

L Interiors Ltd is now requiring a project administrator to join the team.

**About the role**:

- Auckland based full time job
- Working minimum 30 hours each week
- Hourly rate $30 - $40
- Reporting directly to the manager

**Job description**:

- Working with external Architects, Engineers, Government agencies and managers to ensure efficient cooperation between each party
- Overseeing construction labour and contractors work
- Monitoring and arranging materials required and resolve problems if there is any
- Attending meetings with the manager between construction professionals, to have clear understanding of the project process
- Advising the manager if any issues identified
- Maintaining documentation for record keeping
- General administration tasks including arranging appointments, keeping records of paperwork, stock taking and etc.

**About yourself**:

- Diploma qualification or above showing good numerical and computer knowledge.
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Great time management and attention to details
- A general understanding of how construction site works
