Bernafon is a globally operating company that defines and markets hearing aids and hearing aid accessories, including fitting software and consumer apps. Headquartered in Bern, Switzerland, the company employs some 500 people worldwide and operates in over 70 countries.- We are looking for Sales and Marketing support for the Wholesale Sales Teams, primarily Bernafon. This role will also provide Administration and coordination support to the National Sales Manager, New Zealand.**Key Accountabilities**:

- Work confidently in a multi-brand (ie Bernafon, Philips, Oticon, etc) organisation
- Coordination of all product launches, launch materials and product introduction plans
- Assistance with product registration and homologation
- Coordination / updating of various price lists, including those relevant to MoH and Enable
- Managing stock and distribution of POS items (including brochures, dummies, etc)
- Provide support with registration and stand build for trade conferences
- Coordination of trade and consumer advertising
- Communication with VIP customer group, including sending of weekly reports and updates
- Provide support with EDM and electronic mailing to customer database
- Assist with use of sales reporting system and delivery of sales reports
- Coordination and tracking of marketing budgets and expenditure.

**Qualifications**:

- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- High level of competence in proof reading
- High degree of organisation, can deliver to set deadlines
- Willingness to learn, positive attitude towards flexibility and adaptability
- High degree of competence working with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- High level of competence working with CRM
- Experience working with Adobe Professional Suite
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Available for occasional travel, both domestic and international
