The Manager Learning, Planning and Quality Assurance is a key role in the OSD Learning and Development Leadership Team. This role leads a team who deliver quality assurance and continuous improvement across OSD learning delivery through effective workplan management, evaluation and reporting.
The Planning, Quality and Assurance team are key to the OSD Learning Delivery Team in ensuring time and effort is spent delivering the best value. The insights provided by this team are hugely relevant resources to the Learning Partners in their work with OSD Leadership Teams.
The Manager Learning, Planning and Quality Assurance is a key role of the OSD Learning and Development leadership team.

- Play a key role in the development of the Learning & Development Strategy
- Build your team of Evaluation and Reporting Analysts, Asset Advisor and work programme experts

**To be successful in the role you will have**:

- Experience in Project Management
- Bring an understanding of Te Ao Māori, Te Reo Māori me onā tikanga
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly with all levels
- Applied understanding of evaluative methodology, preferably learning methodology
- Expertise in influencing and working through others

Utu ā-tau/Salary

**Salary Range**: The appointing salary for this role will be between $103,540 and $146,174 based on skills and experience.
