- Develop, implement, and continuously improve our quality assurance processes.
- Lead a team of QA Specialists, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
- Plan and lead quality assurance functions including quality reviews, moderation analysis and, consistency events.
- Analyse data, identify trends, and drive improvement strategies.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure our training, standards, process, and continuous improvement are not just a tick in the box.
- Drive a culture of quality across every part of our organisation.
- Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders and senior management.

- Proven experience in quality management within an educational/training environment.
- Strong knowledge of NZQA and WDC qualification and quality environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong report writing.
- A knack for problem-solving and a love for turning challenges into opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership abilities.
- A proactive approach to implementing quality improvements.
