We are looking for a Content Coordinator to join our Digital Marketing team. This role will bring together impactful content that will engage supporters across Aotearoa at all parts of their journey with us, inspiring them to take action for the planet.

We have ambitious plans to grow our digital marketing channels, and to meet these aspirations we need to produce high-quality content tailored to our audiences. In this role, you’ll work with the whole Digital Marketing team to deliver a wide range of content, and play a leading role in our content strategy.

With a creative flair, alongside an audience-centric approach to content development, you’ll be a core part of the team. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines, and have good experience with design tools and web/digital marketing platforms. Experience of creating content for fundraising is a bonus

**Key Tasks**
- Work across the Digital Marketing team to identify content requirements for proactive and reactive campaigns
- Project manage the delivery of content requirements for digital channels
- Guide strategic discussions on content best practice to drive digital fundraising growth
- Contribute to developing processes that support high-quality content creation
- Identify trends and opportunities to enhance supporter engagement through digital content

**This is a full time permanent position (37.5hrs per week) based in Tāmaki Makaurau**

You must hold an existing New Zealand work permit to be considered for this role.

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000, which is competitive with the not-for-profit sector. We have access to an EAP service for both personal and professional support. Our office is pet friendly and our kitchen is stocked with coffee, teas, and milk (all the milks). For parental leave, we top up the primary caregiver’s salary to the ordinary level of pay for 18 weeks, and provide a total of six weeks paid leave for a partner. We also offer financial assistance to parents returning to work to help with the adjustment of child care costs. Our learning and development programmes are both domestic and international. With dedicated funding allocation for individual training, and access to our international communities of practice for global skill shares and collaboration.
