You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards, and driving sales through effective management strategies:

- Oversee daily store operations to ensure the achievement of financial targets while optimizing resources.
- Lead and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customers receive timely, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive sales by implementing successful promotional strategies and ensuring all store deals and offers are communicated to customers effectively.
- Manage financial aspects of the store, including budgeting, transaction tracking, and reporting to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Lead, train, and mentor staff, ensuring adherence to store procedures and operational guidelines.
- Manage inventory by ordering and restocking products, negotiating with suppliers, and sourcing new suppliers as necessary.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring the team’s appearance, store cleanliness, and overall customer service are of the highest quality.
- Ensure food preparation meets quality standards, and that each item is consistent with store expectations.
- Handle customer orders, promote store offers, and provide advice on menu items and promotions.
- Motivate and support the team by setting clear goals, offering constructive feedback, and rewarding performance.
- Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring efficient resource allocation to meet store goals.
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure orders are prepared and completed within the designated time frames.

**Work Hours and Benefits**
- Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Paid between $30 to $34 per hour

**Other requirements**:

- 12 months of relevant work experience or relevant qualification level 4 or above is mandatory
- Available to work on weekends and late evenings
- Team worker and good at managing time.
- Physically fit to stand for a longer duration
- Hardworking and passionate individual
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Capable of managing confidential and sensitive information efficiently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
