QSR Brands Limited operates Pizza Hut stores across Auckland and is committed to delivering high-quality food and exceptional service in a fast-paced quick service restaurant environment.

We are currently seeking motivated Store Managers to lead our team and ensure the smooth, efficient and profitable operation of our Pizza Hut stores.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management, performance and success of the store. Your duties will include (but are not limited to):

- Planning and managing the store’s product range and menu offerings at store level - ensuring optimal stock levels, menu balance and promotional focus to meet the customer demand, minimise waste and achive sales targets.
- Promoting and selling goods and services, including overseeing local promotional activities and ensuring sales targets are met and maximise store profitability.
- Developing and reviewing policies and procedures related to service standards to ensure a consistent, high‑quality customer experience.
- Controlling the selection, training, supervision and performance management of staff to build a motivated and efficient team.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health & safety regulations, food safety standards and operational requirements.
- Monitoring and maintaining food quality, hygiene and safety standards in accordance with brand and regulatory requirements.
- Overseeing stock control, ordering and inventory management to ensure availability of key products and minimise waste.
- Managing budgets, controlling costs and analysing financial performance to meet business goals.
- Handling customer enquiries, feedback and complaints to maintain high satisfaction and brand reputation.
- Analysing sales reports and implementing strategies to improve performance.
- Providing feedback and operational insights to Director to support continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business, Management, Hospitality or a related field **OR** Bachelor’s degree in any discipline **OR** a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role or industry.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, and organisational skills.
- Dedicated to excellent customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Commitment to occupational health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and operational requirements.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
