- Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.
- Implement and monitor store policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
- Evaluate store performance and develop strategies for improvement.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a vape store or related industry.
