Bluebridge has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Marketing Associate to join our Sales and Marketing crew. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment for a well-known national brand.

Your Mission (Should you choose to accept It):

- Create marketing, trade, and partnership collateral, including images, brochures, presentations, and posters (both print and digital).
- Maintain and grow customer and third-party partner databases, keeping them shipshape.
- Ensure all marketing and communications adhere to Bluebridge brand guidelines (no rogue fonts on our watch).
- Develop and execute sponsorship leverage plans, coordinate rebranding projects, and manage Bluebridge's presence at major sponsorship events.
- Support the Sales and Marketing manager with marketing budget tasks.
- Implement social media strategies, create engaging content for various platforms, and manage promotional giveaways.
- Enhance customer experience and manage onboard movies and signage.

Your toolkit:

- Minimum of two years in marketing coordination/communications, bonus points if you’ve worked in a customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and editable PDFs; experience with website CMS systems is a must.
- Organised, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple projects.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; adept at creating engaging social media copy that keeps the brand on course.
- Experience in coordinating displays at industry events and willingness to travel domestically, including the occasional weekend.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong skills in developing and managing relationships with stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
- Advantageous if you have experience in the tourism industry.
