- About the Role:
- The Segment & Associations Marketing Executive works closely with the Head of Marketing to achieve the commercial success (achievement of revenue and objectives) of the segment and associations marketing communication programs at LexisNexis in NZ, and translating insights into actionable, measurable marketing plans that drive revenue. This opportunity has a broad focus across Segment and Association Marketing, Events Management and Marketing and Budget Administration.
- This is a full-time role to be based in Auckland or Wellington New Zealand with the possibility of combined home/office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance.
- You’ll be responsible for:
- Responsible for development, planning and implementation of LexisNexis New Zealand’s calendar of events, segment marketing, associations, conferences, webinars, product launches through to TTL activity planning and GTM plans, there could be between to 20-50 campaigns/activities per year.-
- Responsible for the commercial success (achievement of revenue and objectives) of the segment and marketing communication programmes at LexisNexis in NZ.-
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to monitor and deliver market, customer and competitive intelligence for New Zealand including the understanding of industry verticals and customer segments, and translating insights into actionable, measurable marketing plans that drive revenue.-
- Develop, manage, and implement the annual segment and events marketing plan covering all customer segments, associations, and sponsorships for New Zealand, working closely with all stakeholders.-
- Drive and implement best practice GTM strategies, create and communicate all campaign briefs to relevant stakeholders.-
- Communicate all marketing programmes in a clear and timely manner across all parties - sales, content, customer service, training, and any other relevant teams.-
- Management of the allocated marketing budget and marketing campaign reporting to include all relevant measurables metrics and ROI.- What’s in this role for you?- An excellent opportunity to work with one of the major global providers in legal research and technology solutions.-

- Relevant tertiary qualifications with an undergraduate degree in business, marketing, law, publishing, or finance.-
- 3-5+ years in marketing communications preferably within the marketing team in a medium/large business.-
- Campaign marketing and events planning skills are essential along with a good understanding of how social media channels work and the future of marketing.-
- Understanding of Google Analytics, GDN, GSN and an understanding of the principles associated with performance digital marketing.-
- High degree of communication skills to work with stakeholders at all levels.-
- Power user of Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products.-
- Good people skills and enjoy presenting and communicating to clients to influence and gain commitment.-
- Demonstrated planning and organisation skills to execute and deliver on business outcomes.-
