Due to an internal transfer, we are looking for a Market Research Associate to support the delivery of research projects that assist the business with decision-making. This is a great opportunity to build on existing market research skills within a supportive in-house team.

**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

We sat down with our Market Research Director (who you'd report to), and she let us know the following about the Market Research Assistant tūranga (role);
**What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?**
- Reporting and quality assurance for key business metrics
- Analysing numerical data and text
- Creating PowerPoint reports/presentations
- Scripting, testing and managing online surveys
- Managing survey-related stakeholder and customer enquiries

**What is the team culture and environment like?**

You will be part of a small but mighty Market Research tīma (team) that encourages customer-oriented conversations by collecting and curating survey-delivered kiritaki (customer) feedback.
- Supporting the ongoing delivery of research-delivered KPIs
- Supporting our transition to our next generation customer feedback programme
- Supporting the operation of BNZ's customer panel (BNZ Voice) and delivery of associated surveys and insights
- Supporting the delivery of bespoke research projects, both internal and in partnership with suppliers.

**What do we want you to know before you apply?**

Your day to day mahi (work) will be directed by the senior researchers in the team. You'll need to be comfortable switching between tasks and able to manage your time effectively. You'll be comfortable putting forward suggestions rather than raising problems. You'll be a quick learner and open to both receiving and giving constructive feedback.

We are looking for someone who is market research literate. You will also be data savvy, a logical thinker, with a growth mindset.
