Wai Hospitality is a group of three unique restaurants in the heart of Queenstown - Public Kitchen and Bar, Finz Seafood and Grill, and Bella Cucina. We are looking for hospitality superstars who genuinely care and want to join an amazing team to deliver memorable experiences for the guests.

Your duties will include the following:_**
- _Assist with training quality staff_
- _All aspects of food and beverage service_
- _Taking reservations and inquiries professionally_
- _Dealing with guest complaints in a prompt and efficient manner_
- _Cashiering and balancing of the daily takings_
- _Monitor and ensure compliance on shift_
- _Place and receive stock orders through the CRM system_

A minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality with a current Managers Certificate is preferred. We will help the right person to attain their manager's certificate.

All applicants must be a New Zealand citizen/resident or hold a valid work visa.
