**Job Description**:
We are looking for a hands-on Duty Manager to join us on a full-time basis at Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort. You will need to work 3 night shifts in our front office and 2 days shifts in our front office and bar.

Rate: $27.80 per hour + Company Benefits
**As Duty Manager you will**:

- Operate our front office and bar
- Conduct guest arrivals and departures
- Ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Confidently provide personalised and proactive guest service
- Resolve & respond to guest complaints
- Guide & support and train the team
- Assist the Housekeeping & Maintenance departments as required
- Report to the Front Office Manager

Qualifications**
To be successful, you will have**:

- LCQ or DM License or be willing to obtain with Oaks Hotel's support
- Previous Front Office experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude
