We are looking for Administrators for our company based in Takapuna, Auckland who shall perform the below mentioned tasks:
1. **Roster Management**: Effectively manage and organize staff rosters, ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet the demands of our healthcare agency.

2. **Client and Staff Inquiries**: Serve as the primary point of contact for client and staff inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to ensure smooth communication channels.

4. **Phone Communication**: Manage client phone calls related to staff inquiries, demonstrating a thorough understanding of agency policies.

5. **Records Maintenance**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and staff interactions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and agency standards.

6. **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients, staff, and management as needed, optimizing operational efficiency.

7. **Document Preparation**: Prepare, review, and distribute documents such as memos, reports, and rosters, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

8. **Billing Support**: Collaborate with the billing department to provide necessary administrative support, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

9. **Meeting Coordination**: Assist in the coordination of meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and document distribution, to facilitate effective communication within the agency.

10. **Policy Adherence**: Ensure strict adherence to healthcare policies and procedures, keeping abreast of regulatory changes and implementing necessary adjustments.

11. **Problem Resolution**: Proactively address and resolve administrative issues that may arise, employing problem-solving skills and maintaining a positive and constructive approach.

12. **Collaborative Engagement**: Foster collaborative relationships with internal staff, external partners, and clients to enhance the overall effectiveness and reputation of the healthcare agency.

You will be required to work **minimum of 30 hours per work**.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented individual
- Excellent communication skills are preferred

- Available to work on weekends
- Interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
