He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role
The Operational Team Leader (Health of Older People) leads a team of staff who undertake Needs Assessment and Service Coordination (NASC) services in the Bay of Plenty and is accountable for the services the team delivers and the results they achieve. This role is a permanent full-time position with 1.0 FTE (40 hours a week) where the team delivers (NASC) services to older people usually aged over 65.
He Korero mōu - About You
We are looking for someone with a professional qualification that is relevant to delivering NASC services. Ideally you will have worked in a NASC agency (or similar service) and understand the complexities of delivering NASC services to a diverse range of clients. You will be creative, innovative and an expert problem solver with an ability to encourage and motivate a team. You will have knowledge and understanding of the community provider sector and be able to develop and build on strong community relationships.
