Grocery Operations Team Leader

Tamatea PAK'nSAVE is currently seeking motivated and reliable go-getters to join our team These are full time, permanent positions working as a Grocery Team Leader.

**The Role;**

As a Grocery Operations Team Leader, you will be working across a busy, high-volume department. You will be responsible for facilitating stock replenishment across the department. This role will involve leading a team in the morning or evening to ensure our shelves are replenished throughout the day. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, ensuring stock is rotated, and that team members are adhering to our H&S and Food safety requirements.

We have multiple rosters available, these will be discussed with applicants when we contact you.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Training and leading a high performing team
- Liaising with inwards goods and Management to ensure objectives are met
- Identifying items through the daily Out of Stock report that require immediate replenishment
- Maintaining the placement of stock within the store
- Taking the lead to ensure all team members follow store policies and procedures

**ABOUT YOU**

We are looking for someone who is reliable, has commitment and a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn.

You must also:

- Be confident in providing clear and consistent direction to team members
- Be approachable for both customers and team members
- Be passionate in providing consistently high levels of customer service.
- Have great attention to detail and a good command of written/spoken English
- Be physically able to carry out manual handling of product at different levels
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Able to show you have rights to work in New Zealand
