He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role
The Team Lead for allied health community and outpatients is a leadership role that provides clinical and operational support and advocacy to the Speech Language Therapists, Dietitians, Physiotherapy outpatient team and the community allied health team based at Te Koru Rehabilitation Department, Whakatane Hospital in the Eastern Bay of Plenty.
You will have the opportunity to work with these skilled, supportive and friendly teams as well as professional leads, other team leads, and the clinical leads of each service to develop the services and a culture of excellence.
He Korero mōu - About You

**We are looking for a leader who has**:

- A tertiary qualification in an Allied Health profession and holds a current Annual Practising Certificate
- A minimum of five years' experience in a complex health environment.
- Previous leadership experience
- Preferably experience leading in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
