We are looking for an Orchard Supervisor to join our Horticulture Company at Western Bay of plenty. You will be actively working for the Orchard Division to monitor and motivate the team of workers and contractors to ensure the work done on the orchards is carried out efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage, train, lead and mentor orchard and contractors during the seasonal activities Record and submit the timesheets for staff and manage working hours
- Assist in planning and prioritising workloads
- Review staff performance and provide feedback to management
- Communicate with the Director/manager to ensure that the work of the highest quality is performed on daily basis Ensure
- compliance with health and safety.

**You will be required to work minimum 30 hours per week.**
- Must be NZ Resident/Citizen
- Good communication skills.
- Must have good leadership skills to supervise the staff

**Salary**: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
