Field Supervisors

**To be successful for this role, you must**:

- Have a qualification in horticulture/agriculture OR a minimum of 6 month work experience in horticulture/farming/agriculture or similar field.
- Have excellent business acumen, communication & leadership skills
- Be well organized with good time management
- Be honest and enthusiastic with a positive and mature attitude

**You will be responsible for**:

- Ensure efficient running of orchard management activities.
- Workforce needs. Workforce forecasting
- Assist in recruiting
- Training and supervise staff. Monitor performance.
- Allocation of tasks/blocks/orchards to workforce on daily basis.
- Solve workflow problems by people management.
- Manage workforce time and leave records for payroll.
- Ensure that the work complies with occupational health and safety standards at all the times Arranging transportation and accommodation for orchard workers and staff as required. Liaising with company stakeholders
- Ensure that all orchards are well maintained
- Keep all records of equipment
- Ensure that access to all work sites is available as required.
- Perform kiwifruit tasks as required.
- Execute office management tasks as required
- Other tasks as required from time to time

**Salary**: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bay of Plenty: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
