We are a kiwifruit contracting and orchard management company based in Bay of Plenty. We are looking for an experienced individual for the role of Workforce Supervisor to join our team.

To be successful in this role:

- Have an excellent business acumen, communication & leadership skills
- Be well organized with good time management
- Be honest and enthusiastic with a positive and mature attitude
- Have full knowledge of Kiwifruit orchard work and tasks.
- Have at least 1 year work experience in Kiwifruit Industry at the similar role.

You will be responsible for:

- Ensure efficient running of orchard management activities.
- Workforce needs. Workforce forecasting
- Assist in recruiting
- Training and supervise staff. Monitor performance.
- Allocation of tasks/blocks/orchards to workforce on daily basis.
- Solve workflow problems by people management.
- Manage workforce time and leave records for payroll.
- Ensure that the work complies with occupational health and safety standards at all the times
- Arranging transportation and accommodation for orchard workers and staff as required.
- Liaising with company stakeholders
- Ensure that all orchards are well maintained
- Keep all records of equipment
- Ensure that access to all work sites is available as required.
- Perform kiwifruit tasks as required.
- Execute office management tasks as required
- Other tasks as required from time to time

Payrate - $28 - $30 per hour

Minimum 30 hours per week

Location of work: Bay of Plenty

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour
