We are looking for Orchards Supervisors

**To be successful for this role, you must**:

- Previous work experience in horticulture/farming/agriculture would be an added advantage (preferred but not mandatory)
- Be well organized with good time management.
- Be honest and enthusiastic with a positive and mature attitude.
- Be available to work on all weekends.
- Be available to work on public holidays (if required)

**You will be responsible for**:

- Ensure efficient running of orchard management activities.
- Workforce forecasting.
- Assist in recruiting.
- Training and supervising staff. Monitor performance.
- Allocation of tasks/blocks/orchards to workforce on daily basis.
- Signoff orchard work completed on daily basis.
- Solve workflow problems by people management.
- Manage workforce time and leave records for payroll.
- Ensure that the work complies with occupational health and safety standards at all the times.
- Arranging transportation and accommodation for orchard workers and staff as required.
- Liaising with company stakeholders as required.
- Ensure that all orchards are well maintained.
- Keep all records of equipment.
- Ensure that access to all work sites is available as required.
- Execute office management tasks as required.
- Other tasks as required from time to time.

Other Details:
**Job Type**: Full Time (Permanent)

Minium Hours: 30 per week

Payrate - $30 per hour

Minimum Hours - 30 per week

Location of Work - Bay of Plenty Region

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour
