**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity has become available in our Finance department to assist with different accounting tasks like bank reconciliations, posting transactions in the system, processing journals, support with the month-end tasks, preparing prompt payments, reconcile Credit Cards, etc.

This role will also involve some payroll related tasks such as processing external labour, onboarding new staff, and processing staff purchases, staff reimbursement and medical insurance invoices. Even more, this role will be occasionally requested to back up the Payroll Administrator, so a great opportunity to learn about it.

This position will report to, and be supported by the Finance Manager, together with an experienced and helpful team.

**You will bring**:

- A high level of accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
- Proficient with Excel, Word, Xero, iPayroll, Cost Con
- 2 years’ experience in accounting roles
- Some experience in Payroll Tasks
- Demonstrated continuous improvement in previous roles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
