**A bit about you**

We are looking for a Rigging Team Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our hard working rigging and maintenance team. The role is responsible for prioritising the vast amount of work and the allocation of those jobs to the team while ensuring that safe work practices are used at all times. Training of the team and making sure that they are up to date with Health and Safety is an important part of the role, another is the relationships both internally and externally so strong communication skills are key. Previous experience in rigging and high access work is essential with preferably a Level 3 NZQA or trade qualification in Rigging and Industrial Rope.
