We are looking for a savvy senior administrator to take on an exciting role as Team Supervisor at the Patient Services Centre which includes Reception, Scheduling and Surgical Booking teams. There are multiple supervisor roles open, including permanent full-time and fixed term contracts.
You will provide effective day-to-day operational supervision of a discrete patient administration team and maintaining consistent standards and processes for all services within Auckland. In this role, you will be managing a team based at Greenlane Clinical Centre and Auckland City Hospital.

- Ability to work as a part of the team and build strong relationships within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong work ethic and a positive mind set with the ability to problem solve and identify opportunities for improvement
- Knowledge and experience of health care environment and booking and scheduling patients will be preferred.

This is a very busy role requiring high aptitude and time management skills as well as advanced interpersonal and computer skills. You will need to be a team player and have the ability to learn quickly and prioritise tasks efficiently. Your values need to align with those of Te Whatu Ora - Te Toka Tumai Auckland and you must have a positive, solution focused attitude and want to make a difference to our patients' journey through PSC. You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbally. Prior hospital and supervising experience will be advantageous.
