One Man Army Security Limited is seeking a highly organized and proactive Team Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our security team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operational functionality, supporting staff, and contributing to business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
·      Lead, schedule, and supervise a team of security guards across multiple sites or shifts.
·      Allocate duties and monitor staff attendance, performance, and adherence to standard       operating procedures.
·      Ensure adequate staffing levels and coverage for all shifts.
·       Conduct site inspections to ensure guards are maintaining proper security standards.
·       Verify that all patrols, access control checks, and incident reports are completed accurately        and on time.
·        Respond promptly to security breaches, alarms, or emergencies, and coordinate incident          management.
·       Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and guidance to security personnel.
·       Ensure team members are aware of site-specific procedures and safety requirements.
·       Support new staff induction and compliance with licensing and certification requirements.
·       Act as the main contact between management, clients, and security personnel.
·       Prepare daily, weekly, or incident reports as required by the company or client.
·       Escalate significant incidents or client concerns to senior management immediately.
Qualifications and Experience:
·       Minimum1 year of relevant experience as Team Supervisor or Level 2 or 3        qualification at NZQF.
Valid License as a security officer is also required.
·       Full driver's license is required 
·       Right to work in New Zealand (New Zealand citizens, residents, or current work visa holders).
