Responsible for managing the post sale customer relationship through onboarding and the successful adoption of our cloud based job management software you will be creating a positive transition for our customer. This predominantly phone/video based role involves working closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless experience through the onboarding phase. Working closely with your customers you will provide tailored expertise to set up the configuration of our software and deliver customer training, including hosting weekly training webinars.

- Afinity for Tradies
- An ability to develop excellent short-term customer relationships, primarily through telephone or online video conversations
- Knowledge of Workflow systems, SaaS and cloud based software
