Are you a problem-solving dynamo with a knack for handling customer inquiries, especially in payment-related situations? We're seeking a proactive and adaptable Temporary Customer Care Representative to join the team in Wellington. This role is perfect for individuals ready to hit the ground running and make an impact.

**About the role**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries, predominantly focusing on payment-related issues.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Liaise with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are addressed promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

**What we are looking for**:

- Prior experience in customer service or a related field, particularly in handling payment-related inquiries.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and workload.
