**Parker Bridge is looking for exceptional Call Centre staff for multiple temp, fixed term or perm opportunities in Wellington CBD**

**What you will be doing**
- Giving incredible customer service via inbound and outbound calls
- Help educate and inform customers via phone about their claims and policies and provide them with key resources and claim updates
- Liaise with customers and insurers on all broking issues, including claims and underwriting
- Maintaining files and assisting with credit control
- Write reports to a high standard for the insurers and customers

**A bit about you**
- High levels of experience in a customer service - ability to go above and beyond for the customer
- Previous experience in a high volume call centre
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport
- Flexible, adaptable and proactive in all types of different situations
