Full time hours Mon to Fri between 9am and 6:30pm

Latitude Financial Services offers simple, flexible options from loans to credit cards and even a buy now pay later option, we help our customers to get ahead.

Our office is based in Auckland CBD; however, we currently operate with a hybrid model that allows the flexibility of working from home (we attend the office 1x day per fortnight)

We aim to provide correct and accurate information whilst complying with financial services guidelines.
Another big part of our role is to ensure we channel inquiries to the relevant internal areas, portraying a professional image as the first point of contact.

Some other things we focus on:

- Increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty through providing amazing customer experiences on every customer interaction
- Understanding and reflecting our company values daily - _Act right, show care and be curious._
- Displaying strong teamwork: flexible to multitask and work on blended queues / tasks as needed based on business needs
- Direct enquiries as soon as practically & professionally possible, immediately escalate any potential compliance issues

Someone who likes flexibility, displaying a willingness to grow and support other areas of business, as required.

- Excellent communication and keyboard skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new information.
- A knack with people, to insure you work effectively with stakeholders across the business to provide the best outcomes for customers.
- Inquisitive nature with a desire to understand different issues, perspectives, and to get the complete picture.
- Show attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to insure we stay compliant as a responsible lender.
