**Mō tēnei mahi | About this job**

The Senior Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of performance, advisory, and project outcomes. This role involves providing high-quality coordination, administrative support, and functional assistance to the Director - Te Karumārama, Te Karumārama wāhanga (including Organisational Project Management), as required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide quality coordination, administrative support, and functional assistance to the Director - Te Karumārama and Te Karumārama wāhanga (including OPM).
- Monitor, track, and support various wāhanga initiatives, project milestones, deliverables, and other related tasks to support the Director
- Te Karumārama in delivering assigned strategic objectives.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks assigned to the wāhanga.
- Facilitate day-to-day operations and activities, including general office management, minute taking, report preparation and compilation, and organization and scheduling of hui as requested.

**Mōu | About you**

**Experience**:

- Extensive experience in administration, including minute taking and documentation/report drafting.
- Experience in the Tertiary Education sector.
- Exposer to project coordination.

**Qualifications and Certifications**:

- Diploma in Business Administration or relevant qualification.

**Technical Skills**:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Accurate and proficient in typing and data entry.
- Confident manager of reporting and data entry.
- Excellent planning and project/task management skills.
- Knowledge of best practice project management methodologies and practices.

As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) will be key.
