We are looking for an AEM - Technical Lead for one of our clients in Auckland, New Zealand.

**Short Description**:
If your passion is to work with Adobe Marketing Cloud tools like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch and in leading and managing multiple agile teams. Then this roles is for you.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Product Managers, developers, system administrators, and BA's to build solutions and Translate business requirements into technical details.
- Advise and mentor development groups.
- Deliver requirements for integrated solutions across various IT disciplines.
- Responsibility for creation and following day-to-day architecture plan.
- Lead the implementation team.
- Resolve user-identified functional and technical issues relating to WCM/AEM.
- Lead cross-location teams and own the delivery.

**Skills /Competencies**:
**Essential Skills**:

- AEM Technical lead with 6 - 8 overall experience with minimum 4 years in AEMAs a Team Lead primary focus should be to get user stories and deliverables completed from his/her respective team by providing required guidance, clarifications and removing any blockers.
- Team Lead should provide design, development approach and technical help to his/her team members and enable them to complete assigned tasks.
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in leading a team of minimum 5 member team.
- Hands-on in Git Hub, Sonar Cube, Mockito, IntelliJ.
- SAFE Agile Scrum process and DevOPS knowledge.
- AEM (prefer working knowledge of headless / React framework), Java, JSP, Servlets, Java script, JQuery, ReactJS.
- Experience in Adobe Marketing Cloud tools like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, AAM 5+ years of experience in leading and managing multiple agile teams.
- 6+ overall experience in CMS Design, Java/J2EE, Application design, and development experience.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Requirement analysis, conceptual, logical, and detailed design skills.
- Configuration planning, testing, change management knowledge, and experiences.
- Strong skills to effectively interface with clients totally a must. Great business analysis skills with architecture and implementation experience.
- Experience with software design patterns is advantageous.
- Front End experience is a plus.
